There have been many challenges in professionalising the relationship of the co-operative with the market. By overcoming these challenges COOPA-ROCA strengthens its mission and increases the social impact of the co-operative on the Rocinha community. Step by step the co-operative seeks to:   evaluate the production and administration sectors   expand the commercial partners and consequently increase the scale of production and the   number of members.
