


MARIA TERESA LEAL
Co-founder of COOPA-ROCA, sociologist, Lead International Program Fellow, Ashoka Fellow, Avina Partner, and member of the Clinton Global Initiative and Vital Voices.
She is responsible for the executive direction of cooperative production and management, developing strategies and partnerships. She is also responsible for the artistic directions of COOPA-ROCA products.
LUCÉLIA CARVALHO dos SANTOS
As the Cooperative’s production manager, she is responsible for the production sector of the cooperative, coordinating the Artisans and monitoring connections with commercial partners.
VERÔNICA FERREIRA dos SANTOS
As the Cooperative’s administrative director, she is responsible for managing receipts and payments.
